So, for the last few years I just ignored my bloated tummy, saggy arms and face fat.

And heavy, tired eyes because you spent the last night tossing and turning in anxiety. 

 

I buried it ALL in the back of my mind.
 
But, when my aunt cried the truth out for my whole family to hear…
 
I couldn’t ignore my overweight body anymore. 
 
I felt miserable.
 
And I found myself asking…

What is the secret? Why do those women on social media look like fit goddesses while I’m overweight?

And it made me feel like I was hopelessly cursed to be overweight for the rest of my life.

“To be honest, I don’t know.
 
I’ve never dieted, and yeah I work out about 2 times a week. But I actually eat whatever I want.” 
 
I couldn’t understand it. 

How do women like her effortlessly maintain their lean and perfect figure…while overweight women all across America are putting themselves through hell and can still barely lose 5 pounds?

I had to find the answer. 
 
I locked myself in my house. People didn’t see me for months. 
 
After a few weeks, I had so many google tabs open about weight loss studies from famous doctors and universities that you’d think I was an obsessive scientist. 
 
But it was all worth it.
 

Because what I discovered in my research was jaw-dropping…

 
It made me realize why it felt like my body was fighting so hard against me… 
 
… And why it feels like the whole world wants overweight women to fail…
 
Because it truly does. 
 
The truth is, the giant dieting & supplement companies want women to fail… 
… Because that’s the only way they can keep the billion-dollar weight loss industry alive… 
 
Now if you’re anything like I was, you’re probably thinking:
 
“But I have lost some weight with diets!”
 
But the truth is, the weight isn’t actually “gone” when you diet…
 
It would be more accurate to say that it’s “invisible…”
 
Case in point… 
 
The University of Minnesota recently gathered decades of research into dieting & weight loss done on over 60,000 subjects. 
Half of those subjects were dieters and the other half were normal eaters. 
And, in most of the studies, they found that there was no noticeable difference in size between the two groups over the span of 2 years.
 
It’s as if the “dieting” never even happened… 
 
In fact, many of the dieters had even gained weight… 
 
And it’s not only because most people stop “dieting” after a while because it's miserable and no one wants to do it forever…
 
There’s also a deeper, “hidden” reason most people don’t know about, which is rooted deep in our biology.  
 
You see, our bodies have evolved to fight against starvation (so that we don’t die…) 
 
So it’s actually impossible to “starve the fat off…”
 
The only thing you do when you starve yourself is destroy your “biological clock.”
 
You basically tell your body:
 
“There’s not a lot of food available, go into SURVIVAL MODE and hold onto every inch of fat for your dear life!! Also, every time I eat something, turn it all into fat so my body can go back to normal.” 
 
It adds up when you think about it. 
 
Our ancestors sometimes had to go for weeks without food, which meant that their bodies were left with only one source of energy…
 
FAT. 
 
They were never thinking, “OMG I have to lose 20lbs in 2 weeks!” Because our ancestors knew that 20 pounds could be the difference between life or death. 
 
All of this means that the dieting industry is trying to fight against thousands of years of evolution. 

You see, there’s a reason why being overweight was like being a unicorn just 100 years ago. 

People weren’t dieting back then or exercising like athletes…
 
And they weren’t taking magical pills… 
 
They were simply in tune with their “biological clock...”
