This is where everything comes full circle. Phase 3 is about learning how to make intuitive [instead of impulsive] decisions when it comes to your body. No more starting and stopping, this is where we work together to design and solidify your ideal lifestyle! You will experience a COMPLETE mindset shift where your healthy routine feels good, natural and OH SO right and your old unhealthy, unfulfilling routine feels icky and wrong.
